A Core European Strategy
From inception, the initial portfolio is notably anchored in Meridiam’s European core infrastructure strategy, comprising 22 assets across approximately ten countries. The fund is classified as Article 8 under the SFDR regulation, in alignment with a structured responsible investment framework.
Over time, the objective is to further enhance diversification, both geographically and sectorally, while maintaining a focus on “essential assets,” valued for their long-term visibility, cash-flow resilience, and defensive characteristics.
In a continued commitment to innovation and accessibility, and in response to the needs of our distribution partners, an application for ELTIF (European Long-Term Investment Fund) approval is currently being prepared, notably with the objective of lowering the minimum subscription threshold to €25,000.
