Access to the mid-market secondary segment
The private equity secondary market has crossed a structural threshold, with more than $8 trillion in mature asset stock and a transaction volume expected to reach $400 billion by 2030. The small and mid-market segment, less competitive than large cap, rewards the depth of analysis and the sourcing network of specialist managers.
Private Corner Secondary Fund 2026 is structured as an SLP with a ten-year life, extendable; final closing is scheduled for June 2027. This is the third partnership between Private Corner and Committed Advisors, following the success of Private Corner Secondary Fund 2022, which closed at €130 million at the end of 2023.
