A single conversation with a Partner Relations Manager is enough to frame the matter.

Partnering with a management company, not a distributor
Private Corner has been a portfolio management company authorised by the Autorité des marchés financiers since November 2020, under number GP-20000038. That status determines the nature of the partnership we offer you.
We do not list third-party funds: we structure our own vehicles, select the underlying management companies, assume regulatory responsibility for the funds and steer their entire life cycle, from capital calls through to distributions. You are therefore not partnering with a catalogue, but with an allocator that commits its own responsibility alongside yours.
This twofold capability — that of the manager, and that of the technology which makes it workable at the scale of an advisory firm — is the foundation of the partner relationship.
A wholly B2B model, reserved for wealth management professionals
The Private Corner platform is available solely to wealth management professionals. Three professions, three distinct uses.
Wealth management advisers and financial investment advisers
For an adviser, private equity is not handled as an additional line item: it is built over time, by vintage, within a calibrated allocation. Private Corner gives you access to a selection of institutional funds, to allocation construction and simulation tools, and to the educational materials required to explain to your clients the mechanics of capital calls, the investment horizon and the associated risks.
Private banks
The platform fits within an open architecture approach. It allows you to build a private markets allocation diversified by strategy and by vintage, suitable for inclusion in multi-asset portfolios, and to obtain consolidated reporting compatible with your internal monitoring requirements.
Family offices
Here the requirement centres on the quality of the managers selected and on the depth of diversification. Private Corner provides access to names ordinarily reserved for institutional investors, as well as to thematic or opportunistic strategies that complement an established allocation.
In all three cases, the model remains fully intermediated: the client relationship is yours, at every stage.
A fully digital subscription platform
The Private Corner platform has been designed to absorb the operational complexity of private markets without diluting their standards. It covers the entire journey, from subscription through to the liquidation of the fund.
- Online subscription and electronic signature, with no paper documentation
- AML/CFT checks and verification of professional or sophisticated investor status embedded in the journey
- Management of capital calls and distributions, with notification of the adviser and the client
- Centralised regulatory documentation: prospectuses, key information documents, periodic reporting
- Monitoring of assets under management, subscriptions and net asset values by firm and by client
Every operation is time-stamped and traceable. That traceability is, as much as usability, the platform's raison d'être: it secures your duty of advice and documents your decision-making chain.
An investor area serving your client relationship
Opened by you and at your initiative, the Investor Area gives your clients a clear view of their positions: amounts committed and drawn down, successive net asset values, the indicative schedule of capital calls and distributions, tax documents and management reporting.
This transparency takes nothing away from you. It relieves you of routine information requests and allows you to focus your discussions on what genuinely constitutes advice: the construction of the allocation and its adjustment over time.
The Private Markets Academy: training as a condition of practice
Offering private assets presupposes a command of their mechanics. Private Corner has developed the Private Markets Academy, a fully digital training programme, accessible from your area and open to all staff within your firm.
- Videos featuring leading fund managers setting out their strategies and investment theses
- Guides and technical briefings: LBO mechanics, the contractual logic of infrastructure, credit risk analysis in private debt, and more
- Modules devoted to capital calls and distributions, the J-curve, liquidity and tax treatment
- Practical benchmarks on risks and on how to present them to a private client
"To train is to strengthen two forms of confidence at once: the adviser's confidence in their recommendation, and the client's confidence in the horizons set before them."
This educational commitment does not stop at the doors of the Academy: it also runs through our publications, in which we regularly examine the mechanics of private markets for advisers and their clients. Our educational resources on private markets offer a first level of reading, freely available even before a partnership is opened.
A selection of institutional-quality funds
Selection is a discipline in its own right, exercised through a documented process. Our teams, drawn from the structuring, administration and financial management of private equity funds, carry out continuous sourcing, in-depth due diligence on management teams, and submit each vehicle to an investment committee prior to structuring.
Three asset families are available:
| Asset class | Strategies available | Role within the allocation |
|---|---|---|
| Private equity | Buyout, growth capital, secondaries and co-investment | Performance engine of the private markets allocation, built by vintage |
| Private debt | Financing of privately held companies | Visibility on income flows, diversification of the risk/return profile |
| Infrastructure | Real assets underpinned by long-term contractual frameworks | Core portfolio component, long horizon |
Minimum commitment
The minimum commitment depends on the nature of the fund selected. It stands at 100,000 euros for most of our funds. We also offer solutions with a lower access threshold, through our FCPR from 20,000 euros or our ELTIF-labelled fund, for clients with more modest financial means.

Dedicated support for every partner firm
Each partner firm is assigned a named contact within the Partner Relations team, supported by an operational referent for subscription and monitoring matters.
- Training of teams on the asset class and onboarding on the platform
- Support in building the private markets allocation and calibrating vintages
- Co-hosting of client events and presentation sessions in certain cases
- Provision of communication materials approved by compliance

Becoming a partner: the four steps
The onboarding process is short and fully structured.
- Initial discussion. You arrange a meeting with a Partner Relations Manager, who reviews with you the structure of your client base and your allocation objectives.
- Regulatory verification. We carry out the customary checks: ORIAS registration, financial investment adviser status, compliance and know-your-client information.
- Signature of the distribution agreement, by electronic means.
- Activation of access. Your Partner Area and the Private Markets Academy are activated for all your staff, together with an onboarding session.
Conclusion – Let us open the discussion
A thirty-minute discussion is enough to determine whether our offering matches the structure of your client base and your allocation objectives. You retain the client relationship; we bring the authorisation, the selection of institutional funds, the platform and the training of your teams.
Thirty minutes to frame your private markets allocation and the onboarding process.
FAQ – Becoming a Private Corner partner
Who can become a Private Corner partner?
Wealth management advisers and financial investment advisers registered with ORIAS, private banks and family offices. The model is exclusively B2B: Private Corner does not contract directly with individual investors, who access the funds through their adviser.
What is the minimum commitment to invest in private equity through Private Corner?
Dedicated funds are accessible from 100,000 euros. An FCPR vehicle provides access to the asset class from 20,000 euros. In all cases, subscription is restricted to clients recognised as professional or sophisticated investors within the meaning of the applicable regulation.
How is an adviser remunerated on the distribution of private market funds?
The partner's remuneration is set out contractually in the distribution agreement and is disclosed transparently to the end client, in accordance with applicable requirements.
Which asset classes are available on the platform?
Private equity, private debt and infrastructure. Within private equity, several strategies coexist: buyout, growth capital, secondaries and co-investment. This breadth makes it possible to build a balanced private markets allocation rather than a concentrated exposure to a single strategy.
How do capital calls and distributions work?
The client's commitment is not funded in a single payment: it is drawn down progressively, in line with the investments made by the fund. Distributions then occur as exits are completed. The platform notifies the adviser and the client of each event and retains a full history.
Can a non-professional client subscribe?
Subscription requires the client to be recognised as a professional or sophisticated investor, in accordance with the regulatory criteria in force. This classification is verified within the subscription journey. It is for the adviser to assess the suitability of the investment in light of the client's profile, investment horizon and capacity to bear losses.
What training is provided to the firm's teams?
The Private Markets Academy is available to all staff within each firm, without restriction. It offers fund manager videos, technical guides and modules devoted to the mechanics of private markets. An onboarding session on the platform is arranged when the partnership begins.
Which documents are made available?
Fund prospectuses and regulations, key information documents, periodic reports, management reporting and tax documents. All materials are centralised in the Partner Area and the Investor Area, with a retained history.
