ELTIF 2.0 approval and a threshold lowered to €25,000

Entering into force in January 2024, the ELTIF 2.0 regime has considerably eased the distribution framework for long-term investment funds to non-professional investors. Under this new framework, Private Corner has set an investment threshold of €25,000, allowing wealth management and private banking professionals to more broadly integrate this strategy into their clients' allocations. The ELTIF 2.0 approval also allows the fund to be marketed to eligible investors across the European Union, in accordance with the conditions applicable in each Member State.

Meridiam Global Infrastructure Strategies, an evergreen fund dedicated to infrastructure

A new milestone in Private Corner's European development

This first labelling supports the acceleration of Private Corner's European development. Following the strengthening of its team with the arrival of Vincent Archimbaud last March, the company is continuing its rollout to wealth management professionals in its priority markets: Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland.

"Obtaining ELTIF 2.0 approval marks an important milestone in Private Corner's development. It allows us to open this strategy to European distribution and represents the first building block of our ambition: to make Private Corner a leading European platform for private asset allocation solutions for the intermediated wealth management client base. By lowering the investment threshold to €25,000 at the same time, we are enabling wealth management professionals to more broadly integrate infrastructure into their clients' allocations, through a solution designed as a genuine core portfolio holding." said Vincent Archimbaud, Managing Director, Head of European Development at Private Corner.

Conclusion

With this ELTIF 2.0 approval and the launch of Meridiam Global Infrastructure Strategies, Private Corner reaches a new milestone in its European development, in Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland, serving wealth management professionals.
