A way to invest in private assets

Once reserved for the wealthy, private assets are now becoming accessible to individual investors. This democratization is being driven by evolving regulations, which increasingly allow private assets to be included in long-term savings vehicles such as life insurance policies, retirement savings plans, and employee savings schemes.

Private Corner offers private wealth management professionals a comprehensive range of investment funds in unlisted assets: infrastructure, private debt, private equity, co-investment, contribution-sale. For more information, please contact us:

Among the avenues highlighted by L’Express in its recent feature on investment opportunities in private assets is investing through professional funds.

These funds, available from a minimum commitment of €100,000, offer private investors access to strategies previously reserved for institutional players, whose entry tickets typically range from €5 to €10 million.

At Private Corner “We therefore design funds that offer access to these strategies starting at €100,000. This enables private investors to benefit from significantly more efficient portfolio management than traditional retail products, as institutional-grade funds typically target internal rates of return between 15% and 20%, with substantially lower fees,” explains Estelle Dolla, President of Private Corner.

Private Corner currently manages around thirty funds, nine of which are open for subscription. These are distributed through partnerships with private banks, independent financial advisors, and family offices. “They are invested with renowned players such as Partners Group, Committed Advisors, Pictet, Tikehau Capital, EQT, CVC, and Merieux Equity Partners,” concludes Estelle Dolla.

These are some of the most prominent names in private equity, entities that would typically remain out of reach for individual investors acting alone.
