Fourth edition of France Invest's Grands Prix des Talents Féminins

Nine female professionals were honoured at the fourth edition of France Invest's Grands Prix des Talents Féminins, including five working for unlisted asset management companies and four female executives.

On 12 October 2023, France Invest organised the 4th Grands Prix des Talents Féminins 2023 awards evening at 28 George V in Paris. This new edition was part of InvestWeek, an event designed to bring together European and international investors in Paris from 2 to 13 October 2023.

The 2023 edition of the Grands Prix des Talents Féminins honoured 8 female private equity professionals, including Estelle Dolla, Co-Founder and CEO of Private Corner, an innovative management company aiming to institutionalise access to private equity through its 100% digitised private equity platform.

9 prizes were awarded: 8 rewarded female talent in the private equity sector and one prize was awarded to a private equity management company ‘which has an active policy in terms of gender diversity in its investment teams and which stands out for its concrete actions and results’.

The awards for female talent covered three types of company - start-ups, SMEs and mid-sized companies - in 5 private equity categories:

  • Innovation capital, venture capital and biotechnology.
  • Development Capital and Leverage Buy Out.
  • Private Equity Infrastructure.
  • Private debt.
  • Funds of funds and the secondary market.
