The Mérieux Innovation 2 Belgium Feeder Fund in the Press

We are proud to announce the launch of PC Feeder Mérieux Innovation 2 Belgium, our first feeder fund accessible to private Belgian investors, in partnership with Mérieux Equity Partners, an investment firm specializing in the healthcare sector.

Structured as a PRICAF and classified as Article 8 under the SFDR, this feeder enables Belgian private investors to access the master fund Mérieux Innovation 2 Belgium (MI2) with a minimum investment of €100,000, through their private banker. The master fund will support around fifteen innovative European companies active in cutting-edge technologies or breakthrough sciences. The fund aims to raise €150 million over a period of 4 to 5 years.
