Through the feeder fund, PC Feeder Mérieux Innovation 2, managed by Private Corner, private investors, via their financial advisers, will be able to invest from €100,000, called up over a period of 4 to 5 years. This feeder private equity fund aggregates subscriptions from private investors (individuals and legal entities) in a dedicated vehicle, structured as an FPCI (Fonds Professionnel de Capital-Investissement), which will invest directly in the underlying target fund Mérieux Innovation 2. It is categorised as an Article 8 SFDR and is eligible for the tax deferral provided for in Article 150-0 B ter of the French General Tax Code (contribution-cession scheme) as well as for the preferential capital gains regime.
