Through Committed Advisors Global Opportunities, managed by Private Corner, private investors, through their financial advisors, will be able to invest from €100,000 in this new secondary co-investment fund.

This fund aggregates subscriptions from private investors (both individuals and entities) in a vehicle structured as a FIPS, which will invest in the secondary strategy focused on GP-led transactions, namely Committed Advisors GP Strategies Fund II (minimum 80%). To optimize the fund's performance, exposure to co-investments in continuation fund transactions—primarily “single asset” deals—will complement the FIPS’s investment strategy, within a 20% limit.

Committed Advisors targets mature assets, without leverage, aiming for rapid distributions. The objective is to build a diversified portfolio of approximately one hundred companies (primarily small and mid-cap), with a global geographic allocation (85% US and Europe, 15% Asia and the rest of the world) and sectoral diversification, through continuation fund transactions.

“We thank the excellent team at Committed Advisors for renewing their trust in us. In 2022, we were pioneers in offering our distribution partners a way to diversify their clients’ portfolios through secondary private equity—an investment strategy long adopted by institutional investors, but also aligned with the diversification needs of individual investors, often newcomers to the private markets. Today, the secondary market is mature, structured, and liquid, with annual transaction volumes exceeding $160 billion—and this could double by 2030. It is now a fully-fledged asset class, a key pillar providing flexibility, liquidity, and opportunities across all phases of the economic cycle,” says Estelle Dolla, President and Co-founder of Private Corner.
