Invest from €100,000 in the sixth vintage of Ardian's Expansion activity

Since its launch in January 2024, the Private Corner Wealth Expansion feeder fund has offered private investors, via their wealth or asset advisors, the opportunity to invest from €100,000 in the sixth vintage of Ardian's Expansion activity. The buy-and-build strategy deployed by the teams of Ardian, a European leader in private assets, aims to form European mid-cap leaders. This master fund exploits Ardian's global network to stimulate the organic growth of companies and to identify acquisitions that create value. To date, the portfolio already includes eight investments in key areas such as energy transition and financial consulting. The fund's objective is to support the development of around 20 companies. These investments will mainly be majority holdings, with investment amounts ranging from 50 to 300 million euros.

‘Working through this feeder fund with Ardian, one of our long-standing partners, has always been rewarding. We are celebrating our fourth collaboration in four years, and we are proud of the trust and the exceptional allocation obtained in a fund that is in high demand and highly appreciated by institutional investors,’ says Estelle Dolla, President of Private Corner.
