We succeeded in convincing Tikehau thanks to our model, which has a double virtue,” says Estelle Dolla, President and co-founder of Private Corner. We enable wealth management professionals (independent asset managers, private banks and family offices) to adopt an institutional approach to unlisted assets to diversify the portfolios of their wealth management clients, and asset management companies to diversify their investor base among private clients, while keeping a close eye on the operational and image risks incurred by this type of client”.

With Private Corner, you now have the opportunity to invest in private assets while contributing to the decarbonization of the economy. Thanks to the new feeder fund Tikehau Decarbonization Fund II - Feeder, managed by Private Corner, private investors, via their asset management advisors, can invest capital from €100,000 in a fund that plays an active role in reducing carbon emissions. This investment vehicle, structured as an FPCI, pools subscriptions from private investors, whether individuals or legal entities, and invests directly in the main fund, Tikehau Decarbonization Fund II, classified as Article 9 under SFDR regulations.
Tikehau Decarbonization Fund II - Feeder is in line with Private Corner's proven mid- and upper mid-market strategy. The master fund adopts a disciplined approach, focusing on four main themes: energy efficiency, electrification, low-carbon solutions, and adaptation to climate change. Its portfolio targets between 15 and 20 companies, mainly European, with investments of €100 to €200 million per company.
With this initiative, Private Corner enables private investors to support companies whose products and services contribute to global decarbonization and the fight against climate change. Tikehau Capital, having recognized the importance of decarbonization as an investment opportunity back in 2018, launched its first fund dedicated to this transition. Drawing on their expertise, management team and network of experts in the fields of science, energy and engineering, Tikehau Capital supports companies beyond simply providing capital.
Estelle Dolla, President and co-founder of Private Corner, expresses her enthusiasm about the collaboration:
“Tikehau Capital's teams, now at work on a second, even more ambitious fund, have captured these investment opportunities, and it's a great source of pride for us to launch our first feeder fund, classified Article 9 SFDR, in partnership with them.” The fund will be available until April 2025.
