The strategy, available from 100,000 euros, is designed to enable private investors, guided by their financial advisors, to access value-add infrastructure projects managed by Antin Infrastructure Partners, an international leader in private investment, through a feeder managed by Private Corner.
‘Historically, infrastructure assets have mainly attracted institutional investors. However, they are a relevant option for private investor portfolios due to their stable and resilient nature throughout the various economic cycles. These investments are crucial for supporting economic growth and ensuring daily access to essential services for all,’ says Estelle Dolla, President of Private Corner. The master fund managed by Antin is in full deployment phase, already including five companies, with the objective of increasing the number of companies in the portfolio to ten. These companies, mainly based in Europe and North America, operate in various sectors such as digital, energy, transport, and social services, focusing mainly on brownfield investments.
Since its creation in 2020, Private Corner has been committed to integrating infrastructure into the composition of a diversified portfolio of private assets. To date, the company has mobilised more than 88 million euros in these strategies, representing approximately 12% of its total fundraising. ‘Infrastructure financing is crucial, both to meet the challenges of the energy and digital transitions. Our objective is to provide our network with an exclusive and diversified selection of funds, covering not only private equity in primary and secondary phases, but also private debt and infrastructure,‘ concludes Estelle Dolla.

Antin Infrastructure Partners is an asset management company specialising in infrastructure investment. Founded in 2007 and based in Paris, London, New York and Luxembourg, Antin is one of the main European players in this field. It focuses on the acquisition, management and optimisation of infrastructure assets in various sectors such as transport, energy, telecommunications, public services and social infrastructure.
Investment in essential infrastructure: Antin targets so-called ‘essential’ infrastructure, i.e. assets that are necessary for the proper functioning of the economy and society. This includes transport networks (roads, airports, ports), energy networks (gas, electricity), telecommunications (telecoms towers, fibre optic networks) and health and education infrastructure.
A long-term strategy: Antin adopts a long-term investment approach, aiming to generate stable and predictable returns for its investors. This translates into active asset management, with a strategy focused on long-term value creation and operational improvement of the acquired infrastructures.
Institutional capital: Antin manages several infrastructure funds that attract capital from institutional investors such as pension funds, insurance companies and sovereign wealth funds. The company has raised billions of euros through its various funds to invest in large-scale infrastructure projects.
In 2023, Antin Infrastructure Partners will manage more than €30 billion in assets.
The company has invested in more than 30 infrastructure companies across Europe and North America.
Antin has teams in several strategic cities in order to capture local investment opportunities and manage its assets as close as possible to market needs.
Transport: Antin invests in transport assets such as airports, toll roads, ports and logistics infrastructure, which play a vital role in the mobility of goods and people.
Energy: the company invests in energy infrastructure, including electricity and gas distribution networks, as well as in renewable energy such as wind and solar power.
Telecommunications: Antin has acquired interests in telecommunications tower networks, fibre optics and other digital infrastructure, which are increasingly essential in a rapidly expanding digital economy.
Public services: investments in public service infrastructure include water supply systems, sewerage networks and other essential infrastructure that guarantee the provision of basic services to the population.
Antin Infrastructure Partners integrates environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria into its investment process. The company is committed to developing sustainable, low-carbon infrastructure, while monitoring the social and environmental impact of its assets.
Antin continues to expand its international reach, particularly in North America, and to explore new opportunities in emerging sectors such as the energy transition. Its mission is to meet the growing need for essential infrastructure while providing innovative solutions for a sustainable future.
